Groompa Camp -The Farm at Prophetstown

It is always fun to go out to The Farm at Prophetstown and visit Aunt Leslie and the animals!
That is a blue egg - Leslie says you can tell what color the eggs a hen will lay by the coloring on their ear membranes. There is indeed a hen with a blue membrane.
Feeding the chickens - they come when called!
Lukas scurries to catch up with his family after lingering with the miniature horses.
The pigs were all in the mud wallow.
Sheep!
A turkey hen had climbed into the henhouse nest boxes.
The cattle were taking a siesta during the heat of the morning.
Tulip is Aunt Leslie's favorite cow.
Watching Tulip get a good skritching.
We enjoyed sitting in the trolley for a break.
The Groompa Campers!
Mila and Grammy.
Lukie loved exploring the trolley.
Inside the Gibson farmhouse was a cool rocker that the kids could try out.
Lukas going' for a ride.
We had fun visiting "Aunt Leslie's house" (the kids believe that she lives there and I could not convince them otherwise!)
