2 + 4 = 1. Doesn't make sense mathematically, does it?

But when you look at it like this: 2 feet + 4 paws = 1 heart/team, then it sure does!

We were lucky to have Kathy Nimmer visit us again this week.

Aware that we are studying conflict and looking at the good things that can arise from it, she brought us three stories from her book, 2 + 4 = 1, and helped us examine and analyze them for instances of good arising from bad.

We're using Google Classroom and Google Docs to write our reflections and will send them to her when they're completed.
